Launched in 2020,Power Mama was in response to the growing need for inclusive economic models, the Power Mama Initiative provides a holistic pathway for women to: - Start or expand micro-businesses - Access financial literacy and savings tools - Secure dignified employment opportunities - Participate in climate and digital economy sectors.

Impact Snapshot: - 2,200 women engaged across all programs - 100 microbusinesses supported through small loans - 2185 women trained in financial literacy - 15 women using bikes for their daily transport needs

Vision Forward: By 2030, we aim to empower over 100,000 women through: - Expansion of employment opportunities in green and digital sectors - Access to entrepreneurial mentorship and capital - Partnerships to deepen financial and digital inclusion - Community-led climate adaptation and awareness.

Conserve my Planet

Created in 2023 with help of Schneider Electric Foundation, Conserve My Planet Program is focused on building climate conscious communities through school-based programs, training, and community workshops, Terisa Foundation helps individuals understand the importance of climate awareness and sustainability.Many students in underserved communities are highly exposed to climate risks but lack structured sustainability education and tools to take meaningful action. Low Climate Awareness-Over 70% of students in CMP partner schools report limited understanding of climate challenges Communities face increased flooding, heat, and waste issues that disrupt school attendance Most public schools and Communities lack accessible sustainability education or hands-on environmental activities.
